Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 days.

Shipping Method & Rates
We are proud to offer free shipping for orders within Canada.

For international orders, rates are based on your delivery location and item weight. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays or weather. Average delivery times within Canada range from 5-9 working days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

International Orders (Including U.S.)
For U.S. customers, starting August 29, 2025, the United States will remove the $800 duty-free rule. This means duties, taxes, and courier fees may apply to all shipments, billed directly by the courier. Other international customers are also responsible for any customs duties or fees charged upon delivery.

Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (may take 24–48 hours to update).

Lost, Stolen, or Missed Deliveries
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once handed to the carrier, but we’ll assist with documentation if needed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly inputted address. We ensure that your order is shipped securely and on time. However, if a delivery is missed due to the recipient not being available or failing to pick up the package from the carrier’s designated location, we are not responsible for any resulting issues. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and arrange for redelivery or pickup with the shipping company. We are happy to provide necessary documentation or assistance where possible, but we cannot be held liable for unclaimed or returned packages. In the case of a returned package, all additional delivery charges on delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Iron Triad does is not liable for any and all additional charges the customer may incur once handed to the carrier.
